Goals/Mission
The project manager is responsible for carrying out all project activities for the assigned project in compliance with the PLM process. The project family manager is overall responsible for planning and managing costs, performance, quality and time to market for the assigned project. The project manager reports to the division manager or to a project family manager.

Tasks
-Integrate all team members and establish a productive team work
-Plan and setup of the project including schedule, investment, budget and resources required. Defining work packages with sub-project mangers and plan overall project.
-Implement reporting , meeting and communication channels.
-Support quality officer and ensure project follows the defined process.
-Support RD initiatives (e.g. ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, CMMI, People CMM, 3i, CIP, )
-Monitoring and track project status:
-Change management
-Track diviations against schedule
-Responsible for the project related decisions in cooperation with line organization and over layed management
-Monitor project costs (hours, consumerables, R&D costs and product costs)
-Plan and monitor required headcount, capacity and budget (working hour) in coordination with the Division Manager

Education
Bachelor degree or above

Knowledge/Languages
-Planning tools for project management
-Communication skills in English
-Project planning and risk management
-PLM, PM, and other related process

Experience
-System experience in DT/IA area (e.g. Machine tools, CNC, drive, Motor, PLC, etc.)
-PLM processes specially PM processes
-Overall Network skill, Team leading skill and people management skill
-Communication Experience with foreigners specially with German
