Goals/Mission:
-Usability study, Statistics and analysis, Research, Project management

Tasks:
-Planning, conducting and analyzing usability study including tests, focus groups, interviews etc;
-Writing usability reports and presentations for clients;
-Proposing and delivering evaluations that assess and ensure the usability and effectiveness of interfaces for their intended users.
-Complete customer scenarios, existing usability issues, and business opportunities
-Advocating for users while understanding the business goals of clients.
-Research on the new usability and user experience methodologies
-Project acquisition and customer relationships

Education:
-Master or above, major in Engineering psychology, Cognitive psychology, human computer interaction, human factors, or related

Knowledge/Languages:
-Profound knowledge of data analysis tool SPSS, Excel etc and statistical methods;
-Rich experience designing and conducting usability studies including customer interviews, focus groups, card sortings, site observations, usability tests and expert inspections;
-Profound knowledge in statistics methodologies;
-Profound knowledge of microsoft office tools especially Word and Excel, capable of working with Macros;

Experience:
-Consulting experience is highly desirable
-Expertise in a wide variety of user-centered design techniques, including those listed above
-Strong written and oral communication skills and experience presenting to clients
-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact successfully with end users, clients, and the general public
-Strong quantitative and analytical skills
-Experience in healthcare is highly desirable
-Willingness to travel on occasion
-Fluent English on oral and writing
