Goals/Mission:
Deliver software architecting service including design, implementation, technical advising to customer in the area of industry automation; Carry out research topics in automatic control software or general real-time embedded software.

Working Partners/Contacts:
SLC CT CG2 head, SLC CT SA&P program manager, SAG CT SA&P program practitioners, internal customers at R&D units in China

Tasks:
R&D / Consulting Project acquisition
R&D / Consulting Project execution
Coordination of activities within SA&P competence worldwide
SA&P Research project coordination and execution
Training/Mentoring of consultants

Education:
Master or above

Knowledge/Languages:
Real-Time Operating System and applications (e.g VxWorks, embedded Linux)
Programming skills (C, C++)
Object Oriented Analysis and Design/UML
Project Management
Software Quality Assurence (e.g. CMMI)
Fluent English

Experience:
Background in domain of Automatic Control, Electricity Power Distribution, or Intelligent Building is a plus
Experience of PM or software quality assurence is a plus
Experience as lead developer, chief architect or chief researcher who responsible to collect customer’s requirement and transform to technical spec. and communicate to other team members.
Experience of working in multi national company is a plus
