Job Description

- Pre-order and project initiation. Participate in pre-order sales calls as needed.Provide pre-order sales technical support. Assist Sales with specification review and customer meetings.
Provide suggestion on the risks analyzing (electrical issues).

- Order and project execution.Support all aspects of electrical control systems, equipment and machinery.

- Responsible for the installation and technical support of PLC and PC based hardware and software.

- Follow engineering release and revision control procedures; maintain design, standardization and configuration history of shipped machinery.Use computer assisted engineering and design software to develop electrical diagrams, panel layouts, bills of material and related documentation.

- Coordinate development activities and upgrades related to updating and improving machine functionality.Provide support to customers, customer service, training department and sales as required.

Requirements

- BS degree in designated field.

- Minimum of 3 years design experience in packaging applications.

- A good working knowledge of manufacturing practices and assembly procedures.

- Software Programming experience required. Good communication skills.

- Eplan and SAP business system skills are preferred.
Servo System Design Experience is required.
