Start your career in 2012 with a 12-24 month Trainee Program in Automotive Engineering!

After extensive training in Germany you will become a member of our product development team at our development center in Shanghai/China.

During the Trainee Program we provide on the job training focusing on product development/design, project engineering/management or test engineering and we will develop you into an expert in your field. You will join an engineering team in which you handle projects within our Product Group Chassis or Structures. You will learn about our innovative technologies, the development of our products and about our project management system.
The training program is supplemented with off-the-job training courses according to your individual training plan. Furthermore your mentor will take care of your personal development.

Qualification

• completed Master degree in mechanical/automotive/structural/industrial engineering, design and product development or similar studies
• focus on product development, design (CATIA V5 knowledge required) or testing
• first experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
• good command of English or German language
• Chinese mother tongue
• good communication and teamworking skills
