In the Management Associates Program- IT you will be responsible for development of potential future managers of the Information Technology-division with an international profile, broad know-how of IT knowledge and a good network in Headquarters.
This is a 24 months program. Candidates will have 18 months rotation experience in host country and 6 months training in the headquarter Munich, Germany.

Qualification

• Excellent academic degree (bachelor, master) in computer science or related fields.
• Fresh graduate with some practical and international experiences gained in internships or with up to 3 years of professional experience.
• International experience of at least 4 months (normally gained in studies and internships abroad) and intercultural competence.
• Extracurricular activities.
• Relevant practical experience.
• High product and brand affinity.
• High customer and quality orientation.
• English fluent, German desired.
• Strong communication capabilities.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Strong personality (e.g. passion, appearance, lateral thinker).
• Clear leadership competencies distinguishable.
• High motivation and performance orientation, will to take over responsibility early and to promote change, will to learn and develop.
• Ability to take own initiative and work independently.
• High mental adaptability and self reflection.
• Comprehensive thinking and acting and systemic thinking.
• Willingness to travel domestically and international.
