As an Business Analyst Aftersales you will support Aftersales Steering & Planning with overall business analysis & reports for in-depth business understanding.

Key responsibilities

• Support to setup and monitor Dealer & Business Key Performance Indicator system as performance measurement for Aftersales strategy actions.
• Various Management workshop and conference organization.
• Bi-monthly operation Meeting preparation.
• Monthly Executive Summary.
• Support in market research for Aftersales business units.
• Data analysis and related reporting preparation for different Aftersales units. Gather reporting information from local Aftersales department and consolidate to the required reporting formats for the management.
• IT Cash Register review and preparation.
• Aftersales information collection & data management in order to carry out analysis for various strategic approaches, business cases and support to set strategic target.

Qualification

• University degree in Business Administration, Information Science/ Management.
• 5 years working experience within 3 years in Automotive industry.
• Experience in automotive industry, preferably Aftersales business.
• Experience in multi-culture working environment.
• High competence with Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluent in Chinese and English (oral & written).
• Team player, able to perform administrative work.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
