As a Senior Specialist Sales Ordering & Business Administration your major responsibilities will be to support Manager Sales Ordering & Business Administration to deal with ordering and administration issues.

Key responsibilities

• Dealing with ordering issues on dealer level and act as dealers’ first contact for the assigned responsible sales region.
• Dealing with Beijing Vehicles Management Bureau for recording of imported vehicles for registration (车辆工商备案验证).
• Support Sales Operation team to well inform the reimbursement of sales bonus and sales incentives to dealers, and acting as first contact to the dealers on all inquires and issues on bonus/incentive reimbursement.
• Support to do new dealer training and assist to arrange dealer workshop.
• Support to implement dealer stock check and to create stock reporting.
• Monitor order status in S-gate and Dealer Workplace daily and do monthly ordering analysis and weekly overdue report.
• Dealing with different interfaces from respective departments to centrally coordinate the ordering of company/event cars.
• Regular update the company event car master file for latest status.
• Updating Complete Build-Up sticker price with National Tax Bureau quarterly.
• Sales bonus and incentive evaluation according to the sales measures/program and perform analysis in special cases if required.

Qualification

• Diploma in business administration.
• Detailed knowledge of all processes of BMW related to ordering.
• Good knowledge of BMW applications, such as Group Importer System and Dealer Workplace.
• Basic knowledge of all BMW and MINI product & package.
• Advanced computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in English mandatory.
