Environmental, Health and Safety Manager (m/f)

Managing a team in order to provide an environmental friendly, healthy and safe working environment

Tasks

• Set up and improve the environment/health/safety institution processes
• Lead, develop and motivate a team of young professionals
• Make the environment/health/safety working plan according to company’s development and monitor the relevant department implementation
• Maintain and improve the environmental management system by ISO14001 regulations
• Deal with local authorities
• Provide technical support to employment security to keep operation of company
• Regularly organize vocational health and security management training
• Manage and monitor factory’s emission and environment pollution status, guarantee all operation under the law.

Requirements

• College Bachelor degree or above with a major in environmental/quality management
• 5-8 years experience in environmental/quality management in manufacturing companies
• At least 3 years of team management experience
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (speaking and writing), German skills are a plus
• Strong ability of integration and leadership, , high responsibility, work enthusiasm and continuous learning ability
• Honest, confidential, strict and accurate to job
• Strong computer skills in MS Office software and SAP
