As a specialist Logistic & Controlling you will be responsible for the vehicle logistics and customs issues to make sure the testing vehicles availability in Test Centre. Furthermore in controlling you mark expense claim processes to do budget – and payment control.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare internal expense claiming processes.
• Write up purchase orders for engineering department by operating with SAP system.
• Bookkeeping, controlling of expenses and inventory.
• Create and maintain documents and contracts filing systems.
• Manage vehicle and parts logistics between Germany and local partners.
• Determine and create work flows and processes regarding logistics.
• Support the property management team.

Qualification

• University degree
• Experience in field of controlling / vehicle logistics.
• Understanding of technical topics with a passion for automotives.
• Competence in using MS Office (mandatory)
• Proficient Chinese and English. German would be an advantage.
• Team worker with excellent inter-personal skills.
• High intercultural and superior social competencies.
