You are responsible for paint shop related planning activities.

Key responsibilities

• Member of the paint shop planning team responsible for:
• Paint shop production planning.
• Paint shop new model and change management.
• Paint shop environmental planning.
• Paint shop training planning.
• Planning of production material, consumption control and stock planning for direct materials and consumables.
• Leader and or member of projects.
• Compliance with BMW leadership and associates standards.
• Planning of project requirements in terms of headcount, time and budget.

Qualification

• Bachelor degree in automotive engineering or chemical engineering.
• 1 + years of working in an automotive plant or similar business.
• Experience and knowledge in finance, purchasing, human recourses and quality.
• Knowledge and experience in planning processes of paint shop.
• Knowledge of BMW painting processes.
• Knowledge of BMW painting processes.
• Knowledge in health and safety.
• Familiar with MS Office products.
• Proficient English and Chinese.
• Highly developed perceptive faculties to assimilate technical issues.
• Ability / experience in working within an intercultural work environment.
• Capability for teamwork.
• Self-initiative, organize and improvisation skills.
