Spanish Project Assistant Intern

General information:
Starting date: ASAP
Duration: 3-6 months
Allowance: 1,500 RMB/month (can go up depending on the tasks you take on)
Daily tasks:
Business development:
- Reach out and attract their Spanish speakers of the world for the English editing website but also those based in China for their translation and editing services;
- Project manage any translation jobs with Spanish speaking clients (editing jobs go through the website and don't need to be project managed)
Translation:
Assist with the Spanish>English Translation Slam that they hold, meaning getting in touch with Spanish community in Beijing to see if they want to attend
Marketing:
Develop materials in Spanish for Spanish speakers
Social Media:
Contribute to keeping their social media alive
Requirements:
- Native Spanish Speaker with a love of language
- Good written and spoken English
- Interested in project management and customer relations
- Enthusiastic, dynamic & organized
Remarks:
- The benefit of joining a small firm is that the intern will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of business activities
- Added bonus is that the office is on the same floor as Hutong School’s Business District branch!
