Project Engineer 项目工程师 (m/f)

Your duties and responsibilities:

  • Conduct investment and production projects
  • Support the implementation of TRUMPF production lean management system (SYNCHRO) with strong methodical know how
  • Optimize and develop production processes and SYNCHRO
  • Support and develop shop floor and failure management
  • Product, process and know-how transfer from abroad main plants
  • Introduction of new assembly and manufacturing processes
  • Develop and optimize main processes
  • Increase localization rate of machine tools
  • Working place: Taicang, China (near Shanghai)
  • Intensive training on the job in Germany

We look forward to receiving your application if you have the following skills and knowledge:

  • Academic Background: Bachelor degree or above
  • Major in manufacturing/mechanical engineering is preferred
  • Working experience (1-3 years) in a lean manufacturing and production environment is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead and to gain the respect of other employees is important to us as well as the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in Chinese (speaking, reading and writing) is a must, English and/or German is/are additionally required
