Mission of Function：
On behalf of Siemens AG, CF R6, perform share holder governance function for its subsidiaries and issues the regulations required to perform the rights and duties that result from legal ownership in China

Areas of Responsibilities/tasks:
Financing of subsidiaries, dividend policy and management of equity risks (30% of total job):
-Optimizing the financial structure of Siemens subsidiaries (equity/ debt financing; reducing of capital employed and excess cash/ reducing external debt) and controlling of the related activities.
-Responsible for planning of dividend payments
-Reporting on equity risks

Optimizing the legal structure (40% of total job):
-Support shaping the Cluster subsidiary portfolio in line with strategic Objectives as well as legal, tax-related and risk-relevant aspects by e.g. developing concepts and monitoring setting up. Merging and liquidating companies) in close liaison with Project 1000.
-Ensure implementation of global guidelines for the financial and legal integration of newly acquired units (“post-merger financial integration”) and coordinating/participating in the integration of medium-sized / large acquisitions and in the separation of carved-outs.

Subsidiary management/supervising management (40% of total job):
-Setting subsidiary management guidelines.
-Efficient administration; creating transparency over the reporting of the subsidiary portfolio in accordance with internal and external requirements.
-Responsible of the central company directory CISS (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly closings, operations, enhancements competence center) and the CISS DMS (electronic filing of significant company related documents.)

Knowledge:
-Accounting
-Finance
-Legal, tax and government regulations
-Quantitative analysis

Experience:
-More than 8 years of experience in big four audit firms and in MNC in business analysis, financial controlling, corporate treasury functions
-Project management experience on process improvement will be a plus
-Experience of managing a team of 3-4 people on a long-term basis
-Experience of MNC with exposure to culture diverisity

-Master or above
