Now we are looking for a Legal Specialist

He/she will report to the Financial Director

Your Tasks

• Prepare, Review, Translate legal documents, contracts and internal company policies
• Provide legal assistance and advice on legal issues like dispute resolution, commercial contracts, employment to other functions
• Managing required external and internal legal resources
• Conduct legal research
• Inform the management about law changes
• Maintaining the relationship with relevant governmental offices
• Other assignments by supervisor

Your Profile:

• Bachelor Degree or above, major in Law/Legal relevant field
• 2+ years relevant working experience in manufacturing branch
• fluent English is must, fluent German is plus
• Familiar with Chinese regulatory requirements.
• Independent working, pressure taking, team player.
• excellent communication and presentation skill
