Job Description:
Assist the TEC Manager in daily operations
Find creative engineering solutions for energy saving
Review and improve the plants’ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
(Both technical and business students welcome!)
Details:
1.Managerial and procedure
1.1 To update the job description(JD) for all rule in the Tech department.
--An update to better match the new demand from group
--To modularize the standard training module for each role.(could be combined to 1.2)
1.2 To setup the training procedure for new comer
In the company, there is a procedure named "Personal training plan (PIF)".
--To modularize a series of modules, than we can easyly assembly it to make the PIF.
--Each module has a people resource pool to be the trainer, defined in the JD.
--Each module has its own validation procedure.
1.3 To setup a procedure of "planning and scheduling" function.
To improve the maintenance efficiency by drafting a frame to implement the planning and scheduling function. This function is going the manage the preventive/predictive maintnenance(PM/PDM) and modification(MO) tasks.
--To deploy a(all) PM/PDM/MO task into detail
--To estimate the work load and time, asign the human resource
--To organize the spare parts and tooling
--To setup the safety instruction
--To schedule it
--To validate the result
1.4 To optimize the PM in one workshop to improve the PM efficiency and reduce the time.
2.Technique and designing. (Mechnical design background is required.)
2.1 To design a scraping machine according to the safety demand.
2.1 To design the bobbin conveyor and lifting tool to improve the ergonomic sutiation.
2.3 To design a ventilation system to improve the condition of work shop.
2.4 To design the mixing system for lubricants.
2.5 To focus on energy saving
--Hot water consumption
--Electricity consumption
--Compress air consumption
--Residual heating recuperates from the how water
Requirements: Bachelor degree or student of engineering related major. Fluency in English and one more language. Business majors with a little technical knowledge are also welcome.
Payment & Benefits: 150,-CNY per working day (3000,-CNY per month). Daily lunch.
(ChinaGoldenGate will help with providing accommodation in Shanghai)
Period: 4-6 months
