Internship in Quality Management

International Cargo Centre Shenzhen (ICCS) is a joint venture between Shenzhen Airport Co., Ltd. and Lufthansa Cargo AG. ICCS started operation since Sep. 1st, 2004 and is aiming to offer its customer airlines full international cargo handling services.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the monthly Quality Report
  • Analyze customer complaints, irregularities and customer satisfaction survey, as well as the employee satisfaction survey
  • Initiate, support and monitor improvements of the Quality Report results with related departments

Requirements:

  • Student of Logistic Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or any similar study course
  • Work or study experience in the field of quality control or quality concepts
  • Knowledge of lean concepts such as 5S is preferred
  • Analytic skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Open-minded person
  • Good computer skills with proficiency in using Microsoft Office software
  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
