Our customer is a leading german industry group with over 3000 people worldwide. Due to the further expansion we are looking for following role in Shanghai, which is a new created position:

HR Generalist

Main responsibilities:
- to manage the HR operations in China/Asia
- local recruitment
- visa affairs
- HR administration
- contact person in China for all HR related questions
- support the HR Manager in the headquarter in Germany

Requirements:
- Bachelor or higher degree
- a minimum of 3 till 5 years related HR experiences in a MNC
- mother tongue Chinese and fluency in English
