Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:
+ Formulate and implement human resource planning based on company's strategic objectives, and in line with its business plan as well as its budget
+ Work out, update and execute all-aspect human resource management policies according to company's development need
+ Plan and carry out recruitment activities at all levels including candidate attraction, candidate search, candidate selection, coordination with hiring manager and on boarding procedures to fill vacant positions for prompt and effective staffing as required by company business needs
+ Prepare competitive compensation and benefit policies in accordance with company's actual situation to ensure staff is encouraged, retained, developed and willing to improve their performance continuously
+ Maintain a systematic and up-to-date human resource information system, and coach the subordinate on specific HR affairs, such as staff attendance recording, staff leave, salary calculation, social insurance packages, contractual deadlines etc.
+ Prepare and carry out staff training plan, develop training resources, and organize trainings to motivate staff's motivation as well as to develop business critical skills
+ Plan and execute effective performance appraisal procedure, assist each function leader to organize staff performance management work, including performance appraisal and performance completion
+ Coordinate relationship among staff, foster internal communication channels to promote a positive company culture
+ Coordinate and complete monthly pay-roll duties in line with regulations and company needs
+ Acquire updated national or local labor regulations from time to time and coordinate in solving labor disputes and labor suits to ensure specific HR works of company in conformance with related laws
+ Maintain positive and constructive relationships with local labor authorities
+ Manage and support vendors to meet the company’s business targets
+ Recruit, develop, motivate and retain subordinates to fulfill their roles within the HR department
+ Fulfill other specific HR-related work assigned, and utilize the capacity of the HR department to complete all tasks assigned

Requirements:
+ Bachelor Degree or higher
+ Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource specialization
+ A minimum of 7 years working experiences in HR function and previously as a HR supervisor or HR manager with experiences in all HR functions.
+ Work experience as a HR Manager or Supervisor in an Automotive or Manufacturing environment
+ Experience in an international company / international work environment.
+ Profound knowledge of national labor regulations / payroll system / personnel development / recruiting
+ MS Office., SAP HR
+ Structured and straight forward working style in compliance to procedures and processes
+ Maintain confidentiality
+ Good communication skills to all levels, from first line work force to senior level management
+ A good listener and a prompt and efficient action taker
+ Team-oriented and communicative
+ Strong planning and organizational skills
+ Fluent English and Mandarin both in written and spoken
+ German knowledge in spoken and written preferred
+ Mature and able to speak your mind
+ Open minded
+ High level of stress resistance
+ Ability to effectively engage in the decision making process
+ Honest with high standard of integrity
+ Maintain high level of confidentiality
+ Willing to work and live in Jinan
