For our client, we are currently looking for an intern for the following position in Beijing:
Hospitality intern
General information:
Starting date: as soon as possible
Duration: 6 months preferred
Allowance: 1000RMB/month + bonus + food during work hours
Daily tasks : They are looking for an outgoing intern to assist the General Manager and the existing team with the following tasks, including but not limited to:
- Welcoming guests
- Giving a tour of the hotel
- Answering phone inquiries
- Booking rooms
- Helping run the bar
- Helping organize events when necessary
Requirements :
- Outgoing and flexible attitudes are a must
- Available and customer friendly oriented mind
- Fluent in English
- Prior understanding of Chinese language and culture is a big bonus
- Fluency in Italian, French or German would be a plus
- Available during the week and sometimes during the weekends
- Graphic design skills are a plus
- Experience or background in hospitality is a plus

Internship Company Description :
This hotel is located in a beautifully renovated courtyard, with just 10 rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Recently opened in May 2011, it is run by a Canadian and a Tibetan, affiliated with an Italian wine bar. The hotel is divided into 2 floors: one of the two inner courtyards on the ground floor is set up around a garden space, the second one offers public seating. Their restaurant and bar space are situated on the terrace floor and are connected to a roof terrace.
