Senior Assembly Expert (f/m)

Your responsibilities:
• Responsible for assembly and commissioning process as academic leader, also the leader of assembly and testing team
• Give directions for the assembly and commissioning technical improvements
• Responsible for results of identification of assembly and commissioning process
• Controlling, monitoring, evaluation and achievement presentation of the assembly and commissioning process

Your qualifications:
• Worked as technical director in assembly line or commisisioning process in Caterpillar, Komatsu, Toyota or other big suppliers
• Published papers in the journals "vehicle technology" and other leading publications
• 20 years of engineering experience in mechanical assembly and commissioning,
• Familiar with construction machinery or motor vehicles (heavy truck) assembly and commissioning techniques, such as quality control of tightened bolts , error prevention technology, assembly line Process design, etc.
• Familiar with evaluation of the relevant test run, design and setup commissioning technology according to the test conditions
• Commissioning experience in mechanical engineering , engines, pumps, gear and other electrical systems, hydraulic systems, mechanical systems, familiar with newest commissioning inspection methods, techniques, and commissioning equipment
• Very good command of English (written and spoken)
