Senior Machining technology Expert (f/m)

Your responsibilities:
• Team leader of machining technology
• Lead the direction of machining process improvement
• Responsible for the group of machining processes, outcomes identification
• Control the machining process, inspection, evaluation and achievements

Your qualifications:
• High academic background (Professor or/and equivalent expert)
• Over 20 years experience
• Published papers in the journals "Manufacturing Automation", "modern machinery," and other leading publications
• Be familiar with the machines and equipment, improved the technology and manufacturing of machining
• Judge and make changes according to cutting conditions and processing of surface conditions
• Select the appropriate processing tools,skills to analyse the reasons from the machines
• Experience in manufacturing site, standard operating and technical guidance
• Be familiar with the Machining process of the international development trends
• Very good command of English (written and spoken)
