Customer Care

Being a point of contact for all existing clients not only in Qingdao. Answering inquiries of potential clients by mail and phone. Planning and execution of activities such as city-trips, day trips or other cultural activities. Welcoming and airport pickup of arriving clients.

Beijing, Shanghai or Nanjing trip: Coordinate a suitable date for all Qingdao clients for a trip to one of the cities. Research sights. Make a poll (which city is most wanted?).

Online Marketing

Management of vacancies on all online portals and social networking sites we use. Obtaining new channels and ways of online marketing. Regular updates of the official CGG Facebook fan page with relevant content.

Further add forums and China-related online boards to our list. Create CGG accounts on the regarding websites. Publish new vacancies.

Partner Acquisition

Acquisition of new partner companies in China and partner universities and institutions world-wide by online research and professional approach.

Issue a list of as many educational institutions (schools, universities, etc.) with and without China-related courses as possible. The same is valid for foreign companies in Qingdao and Shanghai. Draft a “cold approach letter” in which you introduce our services and offer cooperation. Calling might also be necessary. Be ready for follow up inquiries by the institutions and represent CGG in this matter.

Examination and visiting of apartments host families and host companies

Pre-check of potential clients accommodation, family visits and representing of CGG in negotiations with potential host companies. Important: Use your western mind set to judge the suitability of a location.

Representative functions at meetings and fairs

Assist in researching suitable job-fairs for foreigners in China.
