JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities *Responsible for new plant construction, tracking the progress and ensure the all utility, equipment can be set up timely. *Set up the production line, Build production team and motivate, help and train production workers to make the team grow. *Organize and control production plan and processes to meet customers’ requirements in terms of quality, quantity and schedule in an efficient way. *Source all suppliers that are necessary for building up workshop and production system in a cost effective way. * Maintenance of workshop equipments. * Management of workshop (incl. workshop safety). * Coordinate with German headquarter to achieve goals. * Deal with customers when necessary. * BOM control: technical side * To plan and adjust the arrangement of production resources (both manpower and machines) considering market needs to best serve company’s goal. * Totally dependent on timely delivery of parts and substances to workshop for production.

Requirements
^ Dipl.-Ing of Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Machinery or relative subjects is a must.
^ Majored in mechanical design or equivalent experience, software background is a plus.
^ 8 years experience on a managerial position or above
^ Familiar with 5S, 8D, APQP, ERP or relative production management systems.
^ Familiar with Microsoft presentation and excel, word, AutoCAD, etc
^ Fluent in English and German
