Experienced German Designer available for position of General Manager | Creative Director

Dear Reader,
I am looking for a full time job in a senior management position such as General Manager | Design Manager | Creative Director for an internationally operating or local company or Design Studio in China or elsewhere.

EXPERIENCE
16+ years design and management in Germany, England, Italy and China in international renowned Design Studios: event, industrial design, interior, CI, packaging, product development, retail, trade show, usability. 5 years academic teaching.
Last position: General Manager and Creative Director of leading German Design Studio in Shanghai (taken over after 3 years start up phase). Success: Turnover growth, reach breakeven, consolidating and enlarging client base, restructuring office processes and roles, enhancing team from 13 to 17 people, office modernisation and doubling size. Projects for clients in China and overseas.
I worked in the following INDUSTRIES: domestic appliances, exhibition/event, FMCG, furniture for home + office, illumination, interior, investment goods, luggage, retail, power tools, toys.

• Management: guide, organise and manage office, team and projects.
• Commercial & PR: find business opportunities, establish and manage strong client relationship.
