Your Responsibility:

• Development of robust and flexible winding processes for manufacturing of small electrical motors
• Investigation of the physical cause effect relationship and the process limits
• Supervising process applications regarding costs, reliability and industrial realization
• Organizing simultaneous engineering process with local suppliers
• Cooperation with the Bosch leadplants in Europe

Your Profile:

• Master or Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years working experience in mechanical engineering, preferable in automotive area
• Ideal would be experience in the development of manufacturing processes for small electrical motors
• Good command of English and Chinese language (written and oral), German language skills desirable
• Team player, self motivated, target oriented
