Scope of Your Duties:

In order to meet our challenge of outstanding growth in China, we are looking to nurture young talents in business and technical management. The Bosch China Trainee Program, or CNTP in short, is specially designed to attract excellent leadership talents for accelerated international careers. Challenging projects, high level of responsibility, a global network as well as a systematic on- and off- the job training will prepare these young achieves for management responsibility at a very early stage in their careers

Procedure:

• Stage 1: On-the-job training (6 month)
• Stage 2: On-the-job training cross divisional/locational (6 month)
• Stage 3: Stage abroad (6 month)
• Stage 4: Optional stage – extension of foregoing phases (6 month)

Your Profile:

• Master degree in commercial or technical field
• English and Chinese fluent written and oral (additional language skills are plus, preferable German)
• Working experience (around 3 years)
• Gathered experience in international environment during the study (internship or working)
• Have strong communication skills and leadership potential
• Open-minded, responsible, good team player
• Mobile (nationally and internationally)
