Gigaset Communications (Shanghai) Ltd. was Siemens Home & Office Communication Devices (Shanghai) Ltd., which was established in 2005 on the base of the former Home & Office Communication Business Unit of Siemens Ltd., China and renamed on July 1st, 2009. Gigaset CN provides voice, data and video communication devices for home and office use, including cordless voice devices. Since the launch of Siemens Gigaset cordless phone in the mainland in 2003, Siemens Gigaset has become one of the brand leaders in China’s cordless phone market.

Goal of function:
Ensure new products in time, function and cost within Gigaset CN for Oem and ODM business and satisfy the requirements of vendor.

Main Responsibilities:
· Realization of projects on time.
· Realization of technical Project requirements.
· Secure commercial success of the project.
· Reduce project time to improve time to market.
· Maintain OEM/ODM projects locally, conducting micro project management if necessary.

Job Requirement
· Bachelor degree or above, major in telecommunications electrical engineering, computer science or related field;
· More than 5 years of communication technology or technical functions experience; multinational experience is preferred;
· Good project management skill and process analysis using six sigma tool and techniques are helpful
· Excellent communication skills;
· Good team leader management skill;
· Flexibility to travel at home and abroad;
· Excellent English in oral and written and German basic.
