Job Description:
Dragon Trail is hiring for a passionate and creative International Marketing Manager
Who are you? You are either already based in Beijing, or you are living outside of China and have the dream to work in China to experience the fastest growing travel and Internet market in the world. You are a self starter, native or fluent in English, and hopefully conversational in Chinese Mandarin. You are passionate, and want to make a difference. Your main motivation is to be part of a dynamic, and innovative China-based travel social media marketing and technology start-up. You may only had a few years of work experience or are a fresh graduate, but you consider yourself ready to jump into the challenge, work hard, and become the International Marketing Manager for Dragon Trail.
You belong to the next generation of marketers that knows how to communicate a brand message globally to the travel and tourism industry by leveraging traditional and social media channels. You are an excellent English language writer, able to translate Chinese into English, and consider yourself to have journalistic qualities. You are at home in the world of Web 2.0, and easily navigate the back-end of content management systems, blogs, and online communities.
You have experience in travel, tourism, and/or hospitality, either in guest services, e-commerce, revenue management, sales and marketing, or PR and communications. You appreciate and understand the technicalities of the tourism and hotel industry, and have a passion for travel, and are excited about the changes in digital and communications.
You get things done. You are supremely organized. You are always learning. You hate when things are not done as well as they could be. You are enthusiastic and love team work. You are curious about everything, and not afraid to stretch yourself a little bit to make things better.
If the above describes you, we want to hear from you.
