Responsibilities:
1. CN coordination on project level for new products
2. Coordinate activities in combination with Quality Assurance and Purchasing depts. at STIHL CN, regarding new parts release process
3. Evaluation and release preparation of new parts
4. Report to QRD and communicate with R&D Germany in technical topics
5. Testing coordination including planning, monitoring and evaluation
6. Planning and preparation of field testing

Requirements:
1. Master / Bachelor in Mechanical engineering
preferable with a semester or internship in Germany or Europe
2. Work experience 3 – 5 years in product engineering, design or testing
in best case in German company or joint venture
3. Solid know how in combustion engines
4. R&D experience on power tools, consumer and professional products
5. Good communication in English and German, spoken and written
6. Skills in product design (CAD)
7. Standing
8. Experience in project managing process
9. Leadership ability of multifunctional team and skills to structure activities
10. Personal skill to lead good and clear communication between at STIHL D and CN
