Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-function project team to achieve all the customer’s and company’s requirements including quality, cost, delivery, product performance and customer satisfaction;
• Set up efficient communication channel among inter-company, customer, headquarters, other BU to ensure project success;
• Define project scope and organize project kick off. Recommend and acquire needed resource, establish project team;
• Make project time plan and control the project progress using project management tool and skills. And deal with the all kinds of conflict happened during project process;
• Assign work package and implement project according to internal procedure which is like APQP and VDA6.1/TS16949 or customer special requirements on project development process. And archive project documents;
• Project risk (identification, analysis, preventive/corrective actions) management and cost tracking & control;
• Organize internal review and release according internal procedure;
• Report to management about project progress and big issues to get necessary support;
• Organize project related customer visits and meetings;
• Support new project acquisition, organize R&D cost analysis.

Requirements:

• University degree or advanced in Mechenical or Electrical Major;
• Above 5 years’ experience in Automotive or related, at least 3 year project management experience;
• Good at team work and excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills;
• Experience in Interventional OEM project management is desired;
• Fluent both in Chinese and English, German is desired.
