JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Leading the company's finance, accounting department, including one factory in shanghai and three branches in other cities
Financial reporting, planning, board meeting preparation; Accounting supervision; Liquidity management, insuring good cash flow; Financial controlling, invoicing, receiving and payment monitoring
Financial and board communication with shareholders, including participation in Board meeting
Integration of all functions and processes in the monthly closing and reporting procedure as well as key figures
Frequent communication with Headquarter in Europe
Analyzing existing business processes of all departments and give recommendations for improvements
Implementation of company’s standard IT processes and process adoption according to local requirements
Development of project plans and project management/supervision
Responsibility for all IT systems (mainly Procurement, Cost Control, Improvement Projects)
Assist with the coordination of all reporting, forecasting, profit planning, strategic planning, analysis, and balance sheet control activities.
Assist with strategic and tactical financial guidance and oversight to the various business units within the organization.
Provide analytical assistance to functional operations and finance groups.
Conduct routine and periodic balance sheet reviews and documents improvement actions.
Ensure compliance with company’s policies and generally accepted accounting principals.
Fosters a robust communication environment within the region and maintains a strong finance team.
Requirements
Master degree or equivalent, major in finance related. With MBA would be a plus.
At least around 15+ years' in manufacturing industry, with strong and solid background in Financial Analysis or Process Strategy.
Suitable candidates will possess broad accounting, analyzing skills and should ideally be highly computer literate.
He/She will have good communication and presentation skills.
Candidate should be strategic drive with big pictures of finance management and necessary hands-on experience, with maturity and integrity in working with multi-national co-workers.
Fluent English and skilful in MS Office, good PPT skill is a plus
Flexibility to operate in matrix and high pressure environment.
If you are a non-Chinses citizen, you are asked for more than 10 years working experience in Financial field in manufacturing industries in China. Know-how of working with local government relative organizations (banks, taxition beauru, etc.) is a must. Chinese speaking is a plus.
