Responsibilities
1. Research and Develop engineering and technology for all related divisions that ensures the development of an effective and appropriate business development in china Make efforts on increasing sales, grossing margin and volume year over year.
2. Develop innovative technical solutions for all related divisions.
3. Communication with overseas sister companies in terms of technology for effective information exchange.
4. Play a principle role in design and analysis development
5. Act as in-house experts in the field of data analysis and on products
6. Write technical documentations related to design and analysis features
7. Building local engineering and design team.
8. Train local engineer for related job
Requirements
1. PhD degree or above
2. Majored in mechanical design or equivalent experience, software background is a plus.
3. 8 years experience on a managerial position or above
4. Familiar with Microsoft presentation and excel, word, Autocad, etc
5. Fluent in English and German
