Our Company:
The German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) with head office in Berlin nationally and internationally promotes the interests of the entire German automotive industry in fields of the motor transport sector. VDA organizes the IAA International Motor Show in Germany every year.

The Quality Management Center of VDA in Germany (VDA QMC) and its China subsidiary, VDA QMC Quality Management Center (Beijing) Co., Ltd.(VDA QMC China), support automotive manufactures and companies in quality related issues. As oversight office for the IATF (ISO/TS 16949), VDA QMC issues VDA quality standards (the famous red books). VDA QMC and VDA QMC China provide in Germany and in China quality related projects and programs to car and parts manufactures with mission of improvement of quality management.

Assistant to Managing Director/总经理助理

General:
Assist the Managing Director in planning and implementing company strategies and key projects

Tasks:

  • Take care of correspondence and communication for MD;
  • Draft and layout presentations and reports in English, German or Chinese for conferences or headquarters in Germany;
  • Translate documents as required in English, German or Chinese;
  • Follow-up of the implementation of activities and projects as required;
  • Organize MD’s business trips and arrange meetings;
  • Support to project development and management;
  • Update company’s website, incl. databank.

Qualification:

  • At least bachelor in Information Technology or Foreign Languages German;
  • Proficiently Computer knowledge and skills: Web, Databank, Office, photo, ppt
  • Very good language skills of German & English in writing and speaking;
  • Comprehensive structured knowledge of management and automotive industry is a plus;
  • Honest & reliable, friendly, be able to work under pressure and good team spirit.
