Ultimate is a worldwide acting company consisting of over 1500 employees, supplying several components (doors, gangways, interiors) for rail and bus industry. We are searching for our production plant in Qingdao – P.R.C. (1000 km to the south-east of Beijing) for a period of minimum 2 – 3 years experienced person to support our growing business:

Industrial PAINTING craftsman

Your major tasks will be:

• Painting of aluminium/steel/GRP parts
• Quality control in paint shop and powder coating
• Training of existing painting staff
• Verification of painting instructions each contract and ordering process of paint and surface treatment
• Establishment of paint samples and painting quality documentation
• Steady improvement of quality level of final product
• Execution of corrective actions by NCR reports
• Follow-up and evaluate painting tests and results

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in painting area of industrial production, means good skills in painting, painting process, surface treatment and powder coating for steel, aluminium and GRP parts
• Experience with water-based material
• Job experience in industrial or overseas company preferred
• Basic English knowledge
