Our Client…
… is a worldwide consumer finance leader and the first international company with consumer finance license at China market. The company provides financing for consumer goods and furniture.
In order to strengthen the team in China market, we are searching for a Regional Sales Manager (Business head).
Place of work: China / Shenzhen

Your Profile:
• University education - mathematical, economical or technical background
• Experience in consumer finance on sales function – at least 3 years
• Strong proven client relationship management skills and attitude
• Dynamic, proactive and sales oriented personality
• Highly motivated, self-driven and result oriented personality
• High level of flexibility, motivation and independence
• Strong leadership, people development skills, ability to transfer knowledge and motivate;
• Ability to grow with the challenge
• Fluent English is a must; Czech or Russian is advantage

Your tasks:
• Sales planning in coordination with HQ rules
• Supervise and manage back office teams on a daily basis
• Developing strong governmental, regulatory, and other partner relationship
• Development of local strategic and tactical plans in cooperation with function heads
• Pro-actively establish and manage an efficient manpower plan, incorporate training and development, succession and resource plans.
• To supervise and develop front line DSMs (District Sales Manager) and front line sales associates to ensure maintained and constant sales improvement
• To manage the retailer relationships and to develop the local sales network of KA/non-KA partners.
• To support Key Account Managers to develop and serve Key Account partners at local level
• Coaching of DSM (District Sales Manager) on retailers relashionship
• Development of local strategic and tactical plans in cooperation with function heads
