They source for their customers a wide range of garments and accessories made of fabrics and yarns with a variety of washing and finishing processes. They also offer numerous value add-ons such as printing, embroidery, hand knitting and crochet.

Profile
Provide competitive and proactive merchandising service to customers, coordinate and follow up orders (Sampling or/and Production) to achieve business objectives

Main tasks:
Communicate with clients and suppliers on daily basis, understand customers’ requirements and communicate comments and suggestions between the customer and the vendor
Prepare Costing Sheet & price quotation
Coordinate with Fabric and Accessories Merchandisers for fabric and accessories arrangement Prepare Salesman Sample (SMS) as per customer’s requirement and guarantee the timely delivery for Selection Meeting in Germany
Arrange / supervise / push production for a timely delivery through internal and external coordination
Solve the sudden troubles/problems during the order follow-up process
Feed aX system in a timely and precise manner
Prepare QC file, Check with QA team for labtest result, coordinate with QC/QA team and vendors to ensure the product’s quality meet with the customers’ quality standard
Sourcing for new vendors if necessary, prepare costing and quotation, negotiate with suppliers for reasonable and competitive price
Coach the Assistant Merchandiser in their daily work
Cooperate documents and delivery with internal Shipping Department
Cooperate with QA team, coordinate with vendors to handle the claim
Filing of all relevant documents

Requirements:

  • Good communication skill
  • Detail oriented
  • Knowledge about garment technology
  • Timely and precise manner
  • Organizing ability
  • College education background or above
  • Bachelor degree on garment technology is a plus
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Fluent Chinese
  • German is a plus
