We offern an HR Internship, starting from 01.09.2010 for 6 months.

Your duties

  • Maintain and optimize internal training program
  • Coordinate training programs, including planning, liaising, managing training facilities and documents, training sessions and tracking assessment
  • Conduct training needs assessment & after training evaluation & training following up
  • Maintain training record and prepare training reports on a monthly basis
  • edit and compile training catalogue and calendar
  • conduct English corner
  • maintain HR corner and Staff Letter Box
  • Support employee activities
  • Assist to hire international intern for Carl Zeiss China
  • Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager

Your Profile

  • second year of postgraduate studies is preferred
  • Quick learner
  • Good HR sense
  • positive attitude, outgoing
  • good communication skills
  • intercultural competence
  • Very good English, (written and spoken Chinese is a plus but not required)
  • MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
