We offern an HR Internship, starting from 01.09.2010 for 6 months.
Your duties
- Maintain and optimize internal training program
- Coordinate training programs, including planning, liaising, managing training facilities and documents, training sessions and tracking assessment
- Conduct training needs assessment & after training evaluation & training following up
- Maintain training record and prepare training reports on a monthly basis
- edit and compile training catalogue and calendar
- conduct English corner
- maintain HR corner and Staff Letter Box
- Support employee activities
- Assist to hire international intern for Carl Zeiss China
- Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager
Your Profile
- second year of postgraduate studies is preferred
- Quick learner
- Good HR sense
- positive attitude, outgoing
- good communication skills
- intercultural competence
- Very good English, (written and spoken Chinese is a plus but not required)
- MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
