For our subsidairy in Beijing, we need a regional manager who will be the manager of our office in Beijing.

The Company:
The company is a subcontractor to several international wind turbine producer and operators and employs special educated technicians and project managers for onshore and offshore wind turbine projects world wide.

We have established subsidiaries in Brazil, the US and in China, while the head office is in Denmark.

The company is Danish and the well established organisation, has been running the Chinese subsidiary for app. 3 years, and we are now ready to expand in China.

Description of the job:
As Regional Manager you will be responsible for most of the administrative procedures in the Chinese company, which is situated in Beijing.

The administration now consist of 1 external director and 5 local employees, who represent the company in the daily matters. You will be the contact between the administration in Denmark and the one in China, and refer to both the external director and the administration in Denmark. You will be responsible for recruiting additional employees as further asset to the already well functioning team, which handle current and future jobs in the administration and in relation to the Chinese authorities and laws.

The job is comprehensive and wide in relation to everything that has to do with the day-to-day business.

Professional skills:
Your background is finance, theoretically as well as practically, possibly as accountant, and you are used to an independent working day at the tactical and operational level, this to underline that the right person is participating in the day-to-day business, if necessary also doing the bookkeeping.

You do as well take interest in the administrative work and procedures, which you have some experience with.

With your background you are responsible for structuring a dynamic working day.

We expect that you to take a natural interest in finance and administration, and therefore has an experience with simular tasks from previous jobs.

You must be prepared to hold internal meetings with the administration and the technicians (different nationalities) as well as meetings with customers.

You must have experience with management, as well as negotiation at all levels, and with all kinds of nationalities.

A natural understanding of business is required.

You must be willing to enter into the spirit of the Chinese culture.

It is required, that you talk and write English fluently, and speak and read Chinese.

Personal qualifications:
You are a very independent and self critical person, and you are able to talk to people of different nationalities at any level.
Your activity level is high, and you are motivated by a working day with lots of challenges and a diversity.

You take interest in other cultures.
