The past successful 3 years in China let me be an ideal candidate for positions in the field of production/ quality/ project management. Here I gained experience in operation, strategic and employee management. Developing various projects, planning, performing project management roles, and coaching/mentoring the Manufacturing engineering team. Recognizing opportunities to improve safety and cost savings as well as walk-a-talk on continuous improvements. Collecting operational data including extracting and analyzing information while preparing monthly reports which handed in to the Plant Manager also belong to my responsibilities. Currently I participate in a professional training to become a 'Certified Project Management Associate' according to IPMA Level D'.

I am seeking for an opportunity to engage further in the above mentioned fields, as well as to pursue my career globally.

On a personal level, I am a highly motivated individual who also works well in a team. Results driven, I believe that I have the skills and confidence to deliver the various aspects which will be required.
