Environmental, Health & Safety Manager (m/f)

Managing a team in order to provide an environmental friendly, healthy and safe working environment

Tasks

• Set up and improve the environment/health/safety institution processes
• Lead, develop and motivate a team of young professionals
• Make the environment/health/safety working plan according to company’s development and monitor the relevant department implementation
• Maintain and improve the environmental management system by ISO14001 regulations
• Deal with local authorities
• Provide technical support to employment security to keep operation of company
• Regularly organize vocational health and security management training
• Manage and monitor factory’s emission and environment pollution status, guarantee all operation under the law.

Requirements

• College Bachelor degree or above with a major in environmental/quality management
• 5-8 years experience in environmental/quality management in manufacturing companies
• At least 3 years of team management experience
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (speaking and writing), German skills are a plus
• Strong ability of integration and leadership, , high responsibility, work enthusiasm and continuous learning ability
• Honest, confidential, strict and accurate to job
• Strong computer skills in MS Office software and SAP

Job Summary
Makes and interprets diagnostic images; performs special procedures. Participates in managing radiological services

Responsibilities
1. Makes and interprets diagnostic images.
2. Reviews requests for x-ray, nuclear radiology, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Magnetic Resonance Angiography (MRA) and other diagnostic imaging procedures, and determines applicability of requested procedures.
3. Interview patients as necessary, and records supplementary data.
4. Instructs radiologic personnel in desired techniques, positions, and projections. Interprets images and confers with medical and dental officers regarding diagnoses of cases.
5. Prepares comprehensive interpretive reports of findings.
6. Performs special procedures.
7. Recommends and/or performs special imaging procedures, including fluoroscopy, tomography, angiography, nuclear imaging, ultrasound, and computed tomography, MRI and MRA, with limitations of available resources and expertise.
8. Determines need for referral of cases that are not within local capability.
9. Performs and interprets procedures, and prepares comprehensive interpretive report of findings.

Qualifications and Skills
1. Bachelor degree major in Medicine

In unserem Projekt “Verbesserung der Lebensmittelsicherheit” in Beijing suchen wir ab sofort einen/eine Berater/in. Das Ziel des Projektes ist es „die Leistungserbringung des Gesundheitsministeriums und seines Zentrums für Krankheitskontrolle und Prävention sowie relevanter Lebensmittellaboratorien bei der Lebensmittelüberwachung zu verbessern“. Inhaltlich gibt es vier Schwerpunkte: Risikobewertung, Risikomanagement, Risikokommunikation und Qualifikation von Laborpersonal.
Die Stelle ist befristet bis zum 31.12.2012.
